Growing up in Long Island, New York, I never had aspirations for being a public servant until the terrorist attacks of 9/11 occurred.

That event opened my eyes to daily sacrifices public servants were making for us and eventually motivated me to enlist into the United States Army. I committed myself to using the skills the military taught me for the betterment of our country. I served our nation overseas for over 11 years making sure an event like 9/11 wouldn’t take place again.

This journey has brought me to the federal government where I am proud to have supported our national defense in many different capacities.  Today, I am the Director of Client Services for the Centers of Excellence (CoE) in the General Services Administration (GSA). My job is to support agencies in implementing large and complex modernization initiatives which deliver a great customer experience to the citizens they serve. As a catalyst for IT modernization, I strive to implement positive change within the agencies we serve which will have a lasting impact.
