Demetrius Kittrell
Throughout my career in government, it has been great advocating for and serving others.
I’ve contributed to some incredible missions. At each agency I’ve worked at, I’ve been able to embrace and directly connect the mission to my position and duties. I’m currently a Contracting Specialist/ Procurement Analyst with the Administration for Children and Families (ACF) at the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services (HHS). As part of this agency, I have the opportunity to help promote the economic and social well-being of families, children, youth, individuals and communities with funding, strategic partnerships, guidance, training, and technical assistance.
In my time as a public servant, I’ve learned that federal government employees are truly unsung heroes helping support the public and the American people. The best part of my work week is working with others to make the agency’s mission and goals a reality. It’s an added bonus that my team shares my passion and enthusiasm. I am looking forward to what the future holds.
