I’ve always believed that the internet and related technology can enable equity in both information access and civic participation.
I am passionate about ensuring that web-based technology benefits as many people as possible. I’ve previously been part of federal initiatives to set best practices in web accessibility. Now, I’m an accessibility-focused product manager working on the delivery team for 10x in the Technology Transformation Services (TTS) at GSA.
My time in government has shown me that public servants are amazing people who care about their agencies’ missions and helping improve the public’s health, well-being, and experiences with government. Working in a place that has the potential to cause widespread improvement in government service delivery and civic engagement is an honor and privilege I hope to live up to.
